Calli is an example of a senior citizen. She is a 10 year old Staffordshire
mix who was given up by her owner when a move to an apartment was inevitable.
Calli is house trained, extremely loving, knows her commands and has a group of
canine friends at the shelter with whom she plays. She wins the heart of anyone
who meets her.

Calli has now found her happily ever after with Norm and Patty. Calli followers
will remember that it was love at first sight at last year's LA Parks event . It
was there that Calli shamelessly dislodged Spot and sat herself on Norm's lap
smiling up at him and Patty as if to say "Take me!". Shortly thereafter Calli
began to visit Norm and Patty as a foster pet. It was quickly discovered that
not only did Calli love apartment living, but that she also loved friends, good
food and karaoke. A day became a week became a month and it was with great
celebration that Calli was officially adopted! A party was given in Calli's
honor and she enjoyed the evening so much until her head began to nod and her
eyes began to close. Calli's life is now as good as it gets; a large soft dog
bed, an ionic breeze air purifier, lots of treats, hugs and kisses, and her very
own family!
